The Scheduler is based on our Labor Scheduler included with CRMS-SQL (an application that installs into your local network) and was developed to determine if any interest exists with regard to running a management system online. As we get started, due to the database or lack there of, our features are limited. The application is a basic calendar allowing you to create a schedule of available technician hours per day/week and then using that information to schedule repair orders in to the shop. If used correctly, the scheduler can help keep an even flow jobs moving through the shop, reducing idle time and overtime. No personal information what so ever is required. If you have CRMS-SQL, be aware that data is not shared or linked between the two applications. The Scheduler is version 1.0 which generally labels it as a new application with some minor problems.
